Skirt Steak: rich marbling, deep beef flavor

Boneless Rib Steak: classic decadence, juicy & luxurious

Sirloin Steak: lean, clean & structured

Bavette: loose grain, deep flavor, butcher's favorite

Tomahawk Steak (for two): 40oz. long bone rib cut (includes an additional side)

Spritzed: bourbon vanilla / charred citrus & brandy / shoyu & black vinegar
